Utah Behavior Services Purchases 11,959 SF Building in Brigham City
March 14, 2019—Brigham City, UT. Newmark Grubb ACRES (NGA) is pleased to announce the sale of Brigham City Plaza at 35 East Skyline Drive in Brigham City, Utah. Utah Behavior Services (UTBS), a current tenant, purchased the 11,959 SF building from Bank of the West. NGA Executive Vice President Chris Falk, CCIM, SIOR, and NGA Senior Associate Braxton Willie represented the buyer, UTBS, in this transaction. Camron Carpenter of Windermere and Rob Lindsey of Cushman and Wakefield represented the seller, Bank of the West.
