NAI Spring Commercial Realty Sells North Canton Industrial Property

Teamwork and Collaboration at NAI Spring Commercial Realty results in multi-use investment property sale. “It took a team effort to juggle multiple tenants at the North Canton property in a limited amount of time” according to Dan Spring, SIOR and President of NAI Spring.  “The end result worked out in the best interest of tenants, seller and buyer of the industrial building,” said Spring.

Bill Rearick, Broker at NAI Spring and fixture of the Stark County commercial real estate market, had a challenge to find an investment property for a regional investor.  Rearick, knew that NAI Spring’s, Bryce Custer, SIOR, CCIM had an “off market” investment warehouse in North Canton, Ohio.  To make this transaction work for both buyer and seller, many obstacles had to be overcome.  According to Rearick and Custer, “these challenges are what drives us to do whatever it takes to achieve the best outcome for all parties involved”.

The investment real estate totaling approximately 130,000 sqft owned by 4101 Shuffel Inc. and represented by Custer was sold to JJ & WX, Ltd represented by Rearick.

Two of four existing tenants had to be relocated to other buildings and two needed complete overhaul of leases which included taking additional space for their business growth.

“At NAI Spring we are fortunate to have team members that realize commercial real estate is more than just a property transaction.  Our team must collaborate with clients and look outside-of -the-box to make complex deals come together” according to Spring.
