NAI Realvest Negotiates Four New Multi-Year Leases in the Hot Industrial Sector of the Sanford Submarket
ORLANDO / SANFORD – NAI Realvest negotiated four new multi-year lease agreements for industrial space totaling over 9,848 rentable square feet in the Sanford submarket.
Michael Heidrich, a principal at NAI Realvest brokered two transactions on behalf of Commerce Way, Ltd of Maitland, landlord at 2320 and 2340 W. Airport Blvd. The tenants – National distributor Mighty Auto Parts and used car dealer Tip Top Motors, Inc. leased 4,000 and 2,000 square feet respectively at the Airport Boulevard Warehouse boosting occupancy there to 100 percent.
Nearby in the Brio Business Center at 1287 W Airport Blvd., NAI Realvest Associate George Viele brokered the lease of 1,848 square feet on behalf of Winter Park-based Landlord Brio, LLC. The tenant, Aluminum Magic, LLC is a designer and fabricator of aluminum structures. Brio Business Center is now 89 percent occupied.
Heidrich also brokered the lease of 2,000 square feet at 651 Progress Way in Monroe CommerCenter South. Tenant, Florida Wholesale Cabinets distributes solid wood cabinetry for small and large kitchens. The landlord Daytona Beach-based CWP Monroe Investors LLC and Ocala North Partnership LLC as Tenants in Common acquired Monroe South in late 2018 and retained Heidrich to continue leasing the facility which is currently 90 percent occupied.
