NAI Realvest Leases Nearly Half of Beulah Commerce Center with 96,140 Square Feet Underway in Winter Garden, Scheduled for Completion in August 2018


ORLANDO – NAI Realvest has completed two long-term lease agreements for an entire building and 1.9 acres of paved, lighted and fenced parking area in the Beulah Commerce Center.  Construction is underway on the facility located at the northeast corner of Beulah and Stagg roads in Winter Garden, and is slated for completion in August 2018. 

NAI Realvest principal Michael Heidrich, who negotiated the leases representing the landlord Beulah Commerce Center, said the tenant, Prevost Car (US) Inc. based in Greensboro, N.C., has leased Building 3 with 41,600 square feet at 1300 Green Forest Court within the industrial campus.  The lease also includes 30 bus parking spaces and a 1,250 square foot wash bay.   In addition, Prevost leased 1.9 acres of paved, lighted and fenced parking area.      

The tenant was represented in the transaction by NAI Realvest principals Kevin O’Connor, Matt Cichocki and Jason G. Toll, director of industrial services. The leased properties will combine to provide a Florida service center for the tenant’s Prevost celebrity buses.   

Heidrich said Beulah Commerce Center, with a total of 96,140 square feet in three separate industrial flex buildings, also includes Building 1 at 1401 Beulah Road with 30,240 square feet of retail/flex/industrial space with lease rates starting at $12.50 a square foot NNN, and Building 2 at 1301 Gillard Ave. with 24,300 square feet of industrial space with lease rates starting at $8.50 per square foot NNN.

Terry Wiler of Winter Garden is developing the industrial center on the 12.4-acre site.
