NAI Realvest Completes Office Leases for 12,000+ SF at Business Centers Around Orlando’s East Side
ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently closed on five leases for professional office space totaling 12,236 rentable square feet in the eastern vicinity of Orlando. The tenants include an accounting and HR company, building supply, software development, systems engineering firms and a government agency.
Tom R. Kelley, II, CCIM a principal at NAI Realvest, represented Harrington/Mishler, LLC the landlord at Lake Underhill Business Center in a lease agreement with Tallahassee-based Tadlock Roofing, Inc. The tenant who supplies residential and commercial roofing leased 2,600 square feet at 11489 Lake Underhill Rd. for expansion into the central Florida market.
NAI Realvest Vice President Mary Frances West, CCIM represented Interchange-FL Rouse, LLC landlord for University Court, 3361 Rouse Rd. where software developer Solve Technology and Research, Inc. is the new tenant who leased 1,380 square feet.
Kelley and West represented Semoran Commerce Center LLC, in a lease renewal with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission who occupies 4,642 square feet at 6870 Shadowridge Drive at the center in Southeast Orlando near Orlando International Airport. Dan Hedrick of Savil Studley Occupier Services represented the tenant.
West brokered a new lease of 848 square feet at The Citadel International III office building, 5950 Hazeltine National Drive representing the landlord Citadel Partners, Ltd. Tenant, Avitus, Inc. with locations nationwide is entering the central Florida market. The Billings, Montana-based firm provides accounting and HR support to small businesses.
Andrew McCaw, FMA, Vice President of Tenant Representation at NAI Realvest assisted the tenant, Systems Technologies, Inc., in a multi-year renewal of 2,766 square feet. The company that provides systems engineering for both defense and civilian agencies is a long-time tenant at 12605 Challenger Parkway, off of Alafaya Trail. Nathan Eissler of Avison Young represented the local landlord Marlanco, Inc. in the transaction.
