NAI Realvest Closes on Leases with New and Sustaining Tenants at Orlando’s Lake Underhill and South Park Business Centers
ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently closed on six multi-year leases for office and industrial space at Orlando’s Lake Underhill and South Park Business Centers for new and existing tenants. Tom R. Kelley, II, CCIM, principal NAI Realvest and the leasing representative at the business centers brokered all five transactions on behalf of the landlords.
THS National LLC, experts in multi-family renovations, leased 2,100 square feet at Lake Underhill Business Center, 11489 Lake Underhill Rd. The new tenant, who now employs a staff at the Orlando location, is headquartered in Cary, N.C. Harrington/Mishler LLC is the landlord at Lake Underhill.
Cloud of Goods, Inc. leased 4,247 square feet at 8600 Commodity Circle in South Park Business Center where the is landlord South Park, LLC of Miami. The tenant, represented by Richard Kurban of RKommercial Group, is a rental firm specializing in top rated products and accessories, including bicycles, strollers and wheelchairs with rapid delivery.
Also at the 134,000 square foot South Park Business Center Kelley negotiated four leases with the following businesses: Bluegrass Chic, LLC, wedding and special event floral designer completed a lease renewal of 2,085 square feet; An inflatable boat repair company, Sealed Air Repairs, Inc., leased 2,499 square feet; The Maker Effect Foundation, LLC of Orlando, leased 3,133 square feet. The non-profit supports launch of new products, the startup of businesses and creating jobs; and The Minifig Co LLC who manufactures and sells mini figures and memorabilia leased 2,938 square feet.
