NAI Realvest Closes Four New Multi-Year Leases Totaling 11,000+ Square Feet at Central Florida Industrial Centers
ORLANDO, Fla. --- NAI Realvest completed four new lease agreements for industrial space totaling 11,137 rentable square feet at industrial centers in Sanford, Casselberry, Winter Park and Orlando.
Michael Heidrich, principal at NAI Realvest negotiated the lease of 4,240 square feet at Monroe CommerCenter South in Sanford representing Landlord Global Commercial Properties, LLC. Tenant Harper Limbach, LLC provides integrated building systems from 12 locations throughout the U.S. including Tampa and was represented in the transaction by David Wilson of Colliers International.
Associate Chris Adams negotiated the lease of Suite 206 with 3,191 square feet in the Crossroads Business Center, 931 S. Semoran Blvd. in Winter Park. Adams represented the landlord Crossroads FlexxOffice, Ltd. The tenant is Physicians Medical and Injury Group.
Jeff Bloom, CCIM, vice president at NAI Realvest represented landlord Canterbury Enterprises, Inc. at Casselberry’s Seminole Commerce Center, 1495 Seminola Blvd. in a lease agreement with Colven United Distributors Orlando, Inc. The food distributorship and transportation company leased 1,500 square feet.
Heidrich also negotiated a new lease agreement representing the landlord at Goldenrod CommerCenter in Orlando with Like New Carpet Care Corp. for 2,206 square feet.
