NAI Realvest closed on three new major warehouse leases in Orlando within last 60 days
ORLANDO, FLA. -- NAI Realvest closed on three major warehouse leases during the past 60 days totaling more than 16,960 square feet, bringing in new businesses at three industrial facilities in Orlando.
Robin Webb, CCIM managing director at NAI Realvest, said his firm represented the landlords in the following transactions:
Logistics firm RAE Global Group, LLC leased 9,000 square feet at 11487 Rocket Blvd. in Southwest Orlando adjacent to the Florida Turnpike. NAI Realvest Vice President Allison Reynolds represented the landlord, Parkway 2002-3 Trust and Jose Plaza of LaRosa Realty represented the tenant.
NAI Realvest Principal Michael Heidrich negotiated the lease of 4,160 square feet on behalf of Columbus, Ohio-based Parkline Properties, LLC, the landlord at 8350 Parkline Blvd. near the Beachline Exwy. and Orlando International Airport. Tenant Roberto V. Roca Buigas, a retail distributor, was represented by Jamie Leizan of Remax Premier Properties, II.
Vice President Jeff Bloom negotiated the lease of a 3,800 square foot warehouse building at 616 Calvin Ave. off SR 50 adjacent to Orlando Executive Airport. Bloom represented landlord Guy Clement of Altamonte Springs. The tenant, Jacksonville-based Infinite Communications, Inc. provides all aspects of residential and commercial telecommunication services.
