NAI Long Island’s Dennis McCoy Brings Arooga’s Grille House & Sports Bar to High Profile Vacancy in Patchogue Village

Melville, NY | December 21, 2015 – Dennis McCoy, Senior Director at NAI Long Island, brings Arooga’s Grille House & Sports Bar to Patchogue Village’s most prominent vacancy. Arooga’s will be making its mark on West Main Street and North Ocean Avenue at the Village’s Four Corners intersection. The franchise anticipates making this 7,340 square foot space the crown jewel of around 10 planned locations in Queens, Nassau, and Suffolk counties. The Executive Director of the Great Patchogue Chamber of Commerce, David Kennedy, hopes filling such a high profile space will lead to boutique-style retail shops opening throughout the New Village at Patchogue complex, which opened in 2014.
