Hanson announces it has negotiated the sale of two industrial building at 211 and 215 South Newman Street totaling 83,677-square-feet (18,000 sf and 65,677 sf respectively) in Hackensack, N.J. to The Stro Companies. NAI James E. Hanson’s Scott K. Perkins, SIOR, Andrew Somple, SIOR, and Justin Allessio represented the seller, Spartech, in the NAI James E. Hanson exclusive transaction.
Situated just off of Interstate 80, 27 and 46 the two properties boast an ideal location less than seven miles from the George Washington Bridge, 12 miles from the Lincoln Tunnel, and less than 20 miles from Newark Airport and are well-suited to a wide range of industrial uses.
