Hanson, a leading New Jersey based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, announces it has negotiated the sale of an 8,011-square-foot office building at 906 Mt. Kemble Avenue in Harding, N.J. NAI James E. Hanson’s Michael Walters, SIOR, and Fernando Garip represented the seller, The Hampshire Companies, in the transaction with the buyer, HSD.
HSD, a medical and life sciences product development firm, had experienced substantial growth over the past several years and was looking to relocate from a smaller office along Mt. Kemble Avenue. Built in 1952, 906 Mt. Kemble Avenue is a three-story office building with a unique farmhouse design, mirroring the idyllic country setting of the surrounding area. In addition to the main building, there is a pizza restaurant of 800 square-feet. Less than 45 minutes from New York City and in close proximity to several international medical companies, 906 Mt. Kemble Avenue offers HSD the same high level of access to their clients in the tri-state area that they had enjoyed in their previous space. The unique building provides HSD with a larger space to foster increased creativity and collaboration, which will allow them to build upon their four decades of work.
