“Retail and manufacturing businesses continue to seek industrial properties in the Essex County marketplace owing to the access to major roadways and transportation allowing them to easily reach their customers and suppliers,” said Cohorsky. “Stone Systems of NJ recognized the advantages of running its business in this marketplace and we actively searched for a location that met all of the company’s needs. Our tireless approach to finding the perfect locations for our clients meant we were able to find this location and negotiate a long-term lease with the landlord to ensure the continued growth of the company for years to come.”
