NAI Hanson Negotiates Lease for Expanding Furniture Company in Fairview, N.J.


Fairview, N.J. (August 24, 2017)– NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, announced it has negotiated a lease to GBK Group, Inc. for 41,763 square feet of industrial space and 4,800 square feet of office space at 251 Bergen Boulevard in Fairview, N.J. NAI Hanson’s Tom Vetter, SIOR, Jeff DeMagistris, SIOR, and Lou Tapia represented the landlord, Ronald Realty Co., LLC in the transaction.

251 Bergen Boulevard is a 121,670-square-foot retail and industrial/flex building with, five loading docks, one drive-in and 15’ ceilings. The property is located less than a mile from Route 9 and offers easy access to the New Jersey Turnpike and New York City. The tenant was seeking a space to accommodate their growing furniture warehousing and distribution business that also offered easy access to New York City.

Keeping this in mind, we were able to negotiate a deal on behalf of our client to attract a quality tenant.”
