NAI Hanson Negotiates Lease to Bring Aircraft Upholstery Company to Saddle Brook, N.J.


Saddle Brook, N.J. (October 31, 2017) – NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, announced that it has negotiated a lease for a 3,200-square-foot flex office building at 186 Saddle River Road in Saddle Brook, N.J. NAI Hanson’s Vice President Anthony Cassano represented the landlord, HRR Realty Associates, LLC, and the lessee, Aircraft Interior Services, in the transaction.

186 Saddle River is a two-story, freestanding building with 1,600 square feet of office space on the ground floor and 1,600 of flex space on the lower level. The building is in close proximity to Teterboro Airport as well as Interstate 80, the Garden State Parkway and Routes 4, 17 and 46. The lease enables Aircraft Interior Services, a leading aircraft upholstery repair business, to expand their business from their current facility in Teterboro, N.J. 186 Saddle River presented the company with the ideal mix of office and flex space, near the area’s main commercial airport and several important transportation arteries.
