NAI Emory Hill Helps EPIC Marketing and Colonial Electric Supply Co. Move to New Delaware Locations
New Castle County, Delaware – NAI Emory Hill represented two local Delaware firms in the recent relocation of their offices in New Castle County.
EPIC Marketing moved from its Middletown location to its new headquarters in Odessa. NAI Emory Hill agents Lorraine Sheldon and Becky Harrington represented EPIC Marketing owners Don, Nancy and Mike Dibert in the purchase of a 3,750± square foot building at 501 Main St. in Odessa. EPIC Marketing is a full-service creative advertising and marketing agency providing first class print, digital development, and design with the latest marketing solutions for the business sector.
Sheldon and Harrington also represented Colonial Electric Supply Company, Inc. in leasing 8,500 SF of showroom and warehouse space at 88 Quigley Blvd. in Airport Business Center in New Castle. Colonial Electric Supply is relocating from its Maryland Ave. location which both agents helped sell last year. Colonial Electric is one of the largest independent, family-owned-and-operated electrical distributors in the Mid-Atlantic Region, serving Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and New York. Founded over 100 years ago, Colonial has 18 regional locations and over 500 employees. Their new showroom at 88 Quigley Blvd. will open in the spring and continue to serve the company’s customers throughout Delaware and the region.
