NAI Columbia Facilitates a $2.850 Million Sale of Land in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina


Columbia, SC (December 17, 2019) - NAI Columbia’s Jack Springs and Ben Kelly, CCIM, represented the seller, Tony’s Holding Company, LLC., in the $2.850 Million sale of approximately 6.33 acres of land on Old Highway 17 N. in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

The land was purchased by Realtylink Investments, LLC., out of Greenville, South Carolina. The property will be developed for retail use, expanding their ±368,000-square-foot Coastal North Town Center portfolio to the west side of Highway 17.
