NAI Capital Negotiates Sale of Medical Office Condos in Tustin, CA

Irvine, CA January 22, 2019– Senior Vice President John Manion and Senior Associate Jeanene Stolrow with NAI Capital’s Irvine office completed the sale of two medical office condominiums totaling 8,861 square foot in Tustin, California. John and Jeanene represented both the buyer, Srikrpa Holdings, LLC, and seller, Dunbar Walnut, LLC. The total sale price was $2,749,080, or $310 per square foot.

The condos, units 105 and 110, are located within Tustin Corporate Center at 2492 Walnut Ave. The building was built in 1986 and the condos was renovated in 2017. Tustin Corporate Center is a two-story medical-office use building situated on a 28,750 square foot lot. The units enjoy new construction, fully built-out for medical office use with 8 examination rooms, X-ray room, and physical therapy room. The condos have great visibility with an extensive glass line, a corner suite with private entrance and includes a 28' clear height warehouse with an extra-large roll up door, and ample parking.
