NAI Capital Awarded Exclusive Leasing Assignment for Six25 South Pasadena


Los Angeles, CA, June 14, 2018– NAI Capital announced that its market experts Tina LaMonica and Eric Hasserjian have been retained by Greenbridge Investment Partners as the exclusive leasing agents to market Six25 South Pasadena, a 92,547 square foot, Class A office building located at 625 Fair Oaks in South Pasadena, California.
