The 4,360 square foot space features a retail store in front with showroom and industrial warehouse in the rear. Mr. Owens represented the landlord, Mendocino Properties, and brokered this deal with Scott Reiss of Clay Daniel Associates, who represented the tenant, Sherman Williams. “The building has been completely refinished, making it a great find in the booming New Hyde Park submarket.” Owens commented.
