NAI Summit’s Jay Haines recently represented both the owner of Bethlehem Medical Arts Center located in Bethlehem, and the new tenant, Edward C. Chen, M.D., PA in a multi-year lease transaction for an office suite in the Class A medical/professional building. Edward C. Chen, M.D. has been in practice for more than 20 years providing gastroenterology services to the area. The Bethlehem Medical Arts Center has additional suite sizes ranging from 812 up to 3,000 SF available with generous TI Allowance, variety of area amenities and good area demographics.

At MacArthur Convenience Center in Whitehall, PA, Jay Haines represented the owner in two lease transactions. The first transaction was with a new tenant, Better Black Belts LLC, for two retail suites totaling almost 1,800 SF to use as a martial arts studio. The second transaction was a renewal for a current tenant, Invisible Fence of the Lehigh Valley, who has been at this location for over 24 years. The MacArthur Convenience Center offers move in ready suites, easy accessible in a large residential area and ample corporate neighbors. The Center currently has 1,200 SF available for lease.
