  • 2,563 square feet of retail space was leased by F-45 Alberts from Landlord Hookshank LLC located at 269 New York Avenue in Huntington, New York
  • 2,332 square feet of retail space was leased by F-45/Alberts Group Hauppauge from Landlord 812 Wheeler Road LLC located at 812 Wheeler Road in Hauppauge, New York.
  • 2,800 square feet of retail space was leased by F-45 (Alberts Group Massapequa LLC) from Landlord 181st Realty Corp. located at 40 Carmen’s Road in Massapequa, New York.
  • 2,416 square feet of retail space was leased by F-45 (Alberts Group Syosset LLC) from Landlord Darshan Sing Bagga LLC, located at 567 Jericho Turnpike in Sysosset, New York.
