02/11/2019

***For immediate release: 11:00 AM February 11th, 2019, White Plains, NY***

CRE Collaborative and QuantumListing have announced the immediate availability of their data enrichment and listing syndication partnership.

CRE Collaborative’s and QuantumListing.com members’ listings can now be found on each other’s sites and are updated in real time as the listings are modified. Neither site has a paywall for searching listings, so everyone is welcome to find the information needed to contact the listing agents and owners to do deals more efficiently. Additionally, CRE Collaborative will provide data enrichment services to QuantumListing’s members.

"The partnership between CRE Collaborative and QuantumListing is an important step toward our goal of bringing greater cooperation and compatibility within the commercial real estate and CRE tech industries. The relationship benefits everyone in the commercial real estate community, including, brokers, tenants and owners, by making more listings freely available through our rapidly growing service," said David Perlmutter, Founder of Jeomark LLC, QuantumListing's parent company.

Andreas Senie, CEO of CRE Collaborative adds, "CRE Collaborative acts as a universal connector that removes the barriers between people, their data and the technologies they use, allowing real estate professionals to get back to shaking more hands and closing more deals.  Partnering with QuantumListing was a logical step for both teams, since together they provide a cohesive, in depth look at commercial real estate, from the marketing and availability information down to its data rich underlying characteristics.”

By creating a bridge between the CRE Collaborative platform and QuantumListing, site users from both platforms, enjoy richer user experience as well as the ability to readily access their data in either platform. CRE Collaborative users can further customize their toolbox of technologies to solve their specific business needs through the CRE Collaborative marketplace.
