We’ve written extensively about Hudson Yards here at aargo.com, as it is undoubtedly one of the largest commercial real estate projects to hit not just New York, but the entire USA. Besides 10 Hudson Yards and 30 Hudson Yards, two first-class office buildings which are already fully leased, one of the most exciting parts of the project is Hudson Yards Retail Space, a mixed-use building with world-class shopping and dining.
Neiman Marcus brings in the crowd
Situated just between 10 and 30 Hudson Yards, this space will be connected to both buildings on a ground level. It is planned to open in 2018 and its anchor tenant is Neiman Marcus, whose arrival to this address was big news for many reasons, and you can read more about that in our articles. Neiman Marcus will be taking the top three floors in the building and an entire quarter of the space in the mall. The second major tenant for the address is expected to be Fairway, a local grocer.
With a freshly inked deal with Neiman Marcus, lots of other companies rushed to grab the available space in the building, and it was recently announced that one of the two “mini-tenants“ will be Zara. Other companies to move in upon completion are rumored to be Dior, Chanel, H&M, Zara, Sephora, Nike, Banana Republic and others.
