Workshop Focusing on Construction Project Delivery November 8
LIVINGSTON, NJ - CoreNet Global NJ (Corporate Real Estate Network of New Jersey), the New Jersey State Chapter of CoreNet Global, in cooperation with CFI – Commercial Furniture Interiors, will present “Promises Made-Promises Broken: the new day for Project Delivery,” an interactive workshop on Thursday November 8, 2012, 2012 at the offices of CFI, 1154 Route 22 West, Mountainside, New Jersey.
Registration will take place at 4:00 P.M. with the program scheduled from 4:30 P.M. to 6:30 P.M.
“Promises Made-Promises Broken” will incorporate a discussion about integrated project teams and the win/win outcomes for clients, contractors, and stakeholders associated with construction projects. Project risks will be analyzed with the dialogue addressing issues including how risk/reward structures can impact win/win scenarios through early trust-based partnerships and collaborations.
The presenter is Steven Schwartz has worked in the real estate, construction, and interiors business for three decades. He is the author of industry white papers on marketing and construction and has been invited to address professional associations including International Facility Management Association (IFMA), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), ASIS, and FSDNY.
Registration is $35 per person for CoreNet members, $50 for non-members, and $75 at the door. Refreshments will be served before and after the educational portion of the event.
