Woodmont Properties Sweeps SAM Awards at New Jersey Builders Conference
– Leading, Luxury Developer Adds 20 Sales and Marketing Awards to Growing List of Accolades; Wins Two ‘Community of the Year’ Awards Among Others –
ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (April 18, 2013)—In recognition of Woodmont Properties’ track record as one of New Jersey’s foremost developers of luxury residential communities, the company announced today that it was recently honored with 20 Sales and Marketing (SAM) Awards at the New Jersey Builders Association’s 26th Annual Conference in Atlantic City, including two prestigious “Community of the Year” honors.

Among the top honors are Woodmont’s Saddle River Grand being named “Community of the Year for an Attached Community Over $350,000“ (Architect: Robert Zampolin) and Woodmont Square at Bridgewater (Architect: Sonnenfeld & Trocchia, Engineer: Omland Engineering) taking “Community of the Year for a Rental Community Over $2,000.” Tom Jablonski was named “Salesperson of the Year - For Sales Housing,” and partnered with Susan Sanzone to win the “Sales Team of the Year - For Sale Housing category.”

Recently the website for Woodmont Place at Palmer received an “Outstanding Website” honor in the 2013 Internet Advertising Competition (IAC) Awards created by the Web Marketing Association (WMA) to honor excellence in online advertising.
