REA is pleased to announce that we have become part of RealNex, a Pavonis Group company. As of May 1 2014 ,Real Estate Assistant (REA) Property Line and REI Wise joined forces with Pavonis Group to create RealNex, an exciting new company driven to transform the global real estate market by aggregating and integrating a portfolio of existing solutions delivered through an affordable new business model.

Pavonis Group was formed to transform the commercial real estate (“CRE”) industry by leveraging the partners’ extensive collective expertise and experience in the global real estate, capital markets and technology industries to deliver solutions that will improve the efficiency and transparency of the industry. Headquartered in Houston, TX, Pavonis Group includes 11 partners who are based around the world. The partners are a Who’s Who of industry leaders, including former executives from ING Global Real Estate, Credit Suisse, NAI Global and the former head of the real estate department at Indiana University. A core of the group comes from the leadership ranks of Argus Software, including their former CEO Mark Kingston who is the Pavonis Group managing partner.

Pavonis includes four core operations: Pavonis Capital Partners, a planned series of real estate and technology funds; Pavonis Strategic Advisors, a C-suite level business, real estate and technology consulting practice; PIX (Pavonis Immersion Xperience), a 3D visualization and simulation business; and RealNex, a real estate software and solutions company.
RealNex was established to create a fully integrated, global, eco-system. The solution is designed to span the various CRE industry segments in a way that is more economical and adds value by better connecting the industry. This will be accomplished through the merger and integration of existing companies along with new development. RealNex will deliver bundled solutions for the different CRE industry segments via a Software as a Service (“SaaS”) model. The solutions will operate through a common platform that includes robust data integration and presentation, and transaction management layers that connect users globally.

As a RealNex company we now have access to a growing portfolio of companies and the resources, access and strategic support of Pavonis Group. The initial companies forming the foundation of RealNex include:
