8000 COMMERCE PARKWAY, MOUNT LAUREL, NJ
June 3, 2013– Voorhees, NJ– WCRE is proud to have successfully represented Monterey Holdings, LLC in its acquisition of 8000 Commerce Parkway, Mount Laurel, NJ. The buyer acquired this one-story, 54,185 sf flex building from Liberty Property Trust (NYSE:LRY). Leor Hemo, executive vice president of WCRE, represented the buyer.
