Warren Berzack Honored Among the Top Five Producers at Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura for Second Consecutive Year



SHERMAN OAKS, CA – Mar. 26, 2015 – Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura Principal Warren Berzack was honored among the top five highest producing agents in the company’s annual ranking.

This is the second consecutive year that Berzack, who heads Berzack Investment Property Advisors, a multifamily specialty group of Lee & Associates, ranked among the company’s top five producers, and the third consecutive year that he has ranked among the Top 10 Producers.

Among his most notable transactions in 2014 was the sale of a three-building multifamily portfolio totaling 85 units in Burbank, North Hollywood and Sun Valley; a 30-unit sale in Burbank; and a 35-unit sale in Rancho Mirage.

Heading the Top Producers List is Managing Director and Principal Jim Fisher, a multifamily specialist who was named Broker of the Year, followed by Principal Mike Smith, a multifamily specialist; Principal Scott Romick, an office specialist; Principal Joe Jusko, an industrial specialist; Managing Director and Principal Grant Fulkerson, an industrial specialist; Principal Jay Rubin, an office specialist; Principal and office specialist Mark Leonard; Principals John Ochoa SIOR and Grant Harris, industrial specialists; and Lee Associate Justin Cusumano, who was also named Associate of the Year.

Presiding over the awards ceremony held at North Ranch Country Club in Thousand Oaks, Lee LA North/Ventura President Mike Tingus noted that the company surpassed its goals in 2014.

“Our top producers did a great job of increasing Lee’s market share in our trade areas,” Tingus said. “We picked up many new projects and we added a group of new clients that I am confident will be with us for many years to come.”
The top producers were treated to a weekend trip to The Alisal Guest Ranch & Resort in Solvang, CA.
