Vermella residents celebrate summer and welcome new renters
LYNDHURST, NJ (August 14, 2014) – The smells of authentic Southern barbecue and leasing success wafted through the air at Vermella Lyndhurst on Saturday, August 2.
Residents enjoyed their annual summer party by lounging around Vermella’s pool, patio, and extensive outdoor amenity areas. The leasing team didn’t have a minute to relax though, touring over 60 hopeful future residents through the facilities and signing six leases that day.
