Veriten Solutions' Headquarters Heading To Marsh Business Park East
ADDISON, Texas – Veriten Solutions LLC will relocate its headquarters by year's end to Marsh Business Park East in North Dallas, where a 12,237-sf end cap with an edgy interior design has triggered a lease signing in less than two months of talks.
The contemporary-designed office flex space is located at 3752 Arapaho Rd. in Addison, one of six buildings in the 179,739-sf business park. Veriten's long-term lease pushes the park's occupancy to 88%.
"We were drawn to the open concept so we could provide places where the space is as unique and creative as the people using it," says Tim Hoffman, managing partner of Veriten Solutions, an industry-leading enterprise application design and development services company.
Veriten had looked at a smaller suite in the business park before seeing the recently vacated 12,237-sf end cap, which was about to be reconfigured. Jason Miller, vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Susan Singer, executive vice president, represent the landlord, P7/Sealy Marsh Arapaho Owner LP.
"When I heard Veriten's wish list, I knew I had the perfect space right across the parking lot," Miller says. "It had the open concept, exposed conduits and concrete floors. With just a little bit of nice lipstick, such as stained floors and new paint, it would be ready to go."
The technology company began searching for expansion space after 18 months of explosive growth. The headquarters office currently is located at15851 Dallas Parkway in Addison.
"We felt our current space was not in line with our strategic growth plans and were looking for a space to provide a unique platform to showcase Veriten and our solutions," Hoffman says. "We feel we have found that in the Marsh Business Park location." Jerry Averty of Henry S. Miller represented the tenant.
Marsh Business Park East features single-story buildings with a mix of office, showroom, industrial and flex space in an area with a strong regional image and destination dining, shopping and recreation. With the new lease, the largest contiguous block is 10,748 sf, an end cap in the same building that will house Veriten's headquarters. The park's drawing card historically is its location: close to Addison Airport, restaurant row, jogging trails, Addison Athletic Club and a trio of easily accessible freeways for crisscrossing the metroplex.
