Upper East Side Retail Lease Secured By Massey Knakal


Massey Knakal Retail Leasing Services has secured a retail lease for the 3,400 square foot store retail building at 113 East 60th Street. The building is located between Park and Lexington Avenues on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.

The three-story building benefits from 20 feet of frontage on East 60th Street and unbelievable foot traffic due to the close proximity to Bloomingdales and the 59th Street subway station. Additionally, the building has an elevator with all new mechanicals, a backyard and a terrace. Liz Russell Organics, an Aveda Lifestyle Salon, will occupy the space.
