Two Office Buildings Near Breton Village Mall and Fresh Thyme Market Sell to Local Investor

Two office buildings located in a high traffic area, between Breton Village Mall and Fresh Thyme Market, have sold. Hillary Taatjes Woznick and Doug Taatjes of NAI Wisinski of West Michigan represented the seller, Mark Morrow Properties LLC. A local investor, Tony Pearson, was able to purchase the two buildings located at 2504 Ardmore & 2505 Burton, with financing from Commercial Bank. The buildings sit amongst multiple stores and restaurants including Lululemon athletica, jb and me, Jos. A. Bank, Houlihan’s, The Omelette Shoppe and E & B Restaurant & Tavern.

“These are solid buildings, in a great location, with strong (small business) tenants. I’m looking forward to some minor cosmetic renovations to help them fit in amongst the new developments in the area. 1,400 – 2,100 SF of office lease space will be available, as well as attractive, suburban, executive style offices for lease.” Says, investor Tony Pearson.

The updated 1,400 to 2,100 SF of office space will be available for lease in September 2016.
