TURBOTENANT VIDEO REACHES OVER 50,000 VIEWS

Fort Collins, CO –TurboTenant, a technology startup that offers free landlord software and screening capabilities to landlords across the US, released a new video. The video depicts a wild house party, and its aftermath, while Flo Rida’s hit song “My House” plays in the background. At the end viewers learn that the party goers are not the owners of the property, but the tenants. The video now has over 50,000 viewers on YouTube.

“We’ve heard so many horror stories from landlords,” said Sarnen Steinbarth, Founder and CEO of TurboTenant. “The tenants seem great at first, until they move in. We wanted to capture that story for viewers and provide them with a solution.”

The video promotes TurboTenant’s tenant screening services, which provide free credit, criminal background, and eviction reports for independent landlords. The company provides screening reports at no cost to landlords to allow them access to the information needed to make an informed decision when choosing a tenant – and avoid situations like the one depicted in the video.

The new tech startup is the result of Steinbarth’s passion for the real estate industry. Inspired by the lack of landlord software programs available on the market, Steinbarth and the TurboTenant team decided to create their own free landlord software. The software provides a suite of easy-to-use online tools for rental marketing, online rental applications, tenant screening, and online rental payments.

“The video has gotten very positive feedback,” said Steinbarth. “I think this is common issue in rental housing and it resonates with landlords and property managers.”

Founded in 2015, and based in the Galvanize tech campus in Fort Collins, CO, TurboTenant offers their free landlord software in all 50 states and is growing rapidly. The company plans to remain completely free for landlords to use, and is passionate about simplifying the long-term rental housing industry.
