Trademark Property Co. to Welcome Tyler's to WestBend
Sportswear retailer to make its Fort Worth debut at WestBend mixed-use development
FORT WORTH, Texas (April 8, 2015) – Trademark Property Co. today announced that Tyler’s will open a 17,274-square-foot store at the developer’s WestBend mixed-use development in Fort Worth’s University District. The powerhouse regional retailer will bring its vast selection of athletic, lifestyle and collegiate apparel, footwear, eyewear and accessories to WestBend with its first location in Fort Worth and seventh statewide, slated to open in early 2016.

In addition to its popular Tyler’s tees, the WestBend location will feature merchandise for men, women and youth from brands like Nike, Under Armour, Roxy, Billabong, Converse, Oakley, Ray-Ban and TOMS, to name a few.

Tyler’s will join the line-up of current WestBend tenants, including Zoë’s Kitchen, East Hampton Sandwich Co., and Silver Fox. In addition, The Fresh Market is slated to open this summer, and Grimaldi's Coal-Brick Oven Pizzeria is slated to open this fall at the development.
Redevelopment efforts are currently underway at WestBend, including construction of the new 81,150-square-foot Class A office building, which will include Regus. Upon completion in fall 2015, WestBend will include 280,000 square feet of retail, dining and office space.
WestBend is located on the Trinity River in Fort Worth’s University District, one of Dallas-Fort Worth’s strongest infill retail corridors. WestBend is undergoing a major redevelopment adding new retail, restaurants and a new 81,150-square-foot building that will include The Fresh Market on the ground floor and 57,000 square feet of new Class A office space directly above. Current tenants include Zoes Kitchen, East Hampton Sandwich Co., Silver Fox and the River Plaza office tenants. Upon completion in fall 2015, WestBend will include 278,000 square feet of retail, dining and office space.
