Location was a key factor in the Kongs’ decision to purchase at The Oaks. “It’s a great location and very safe,” Dustin said. “It doesn’t feel like you’re out in the middle of nowhere, yet there’s a nice sense of privacy here.” South Brunswick, which is close to both of their families, is one of central Jersey’s most convenient and desirable locations. “I travel a lot for my job but mostly work in New Brunswick,” Dustin continued, “and with Stephanie in Secaucus, this was a good location for work purposes. We both went to Rutgers, so we like being close to New Brunswick and also to Princeton. It’s easy to get into New York City when we need to. And the school system is great. We don’t have any kids yet, but we plan on being here for a while, so that was important.”
South Brunswick is known for its excellent school district. The township is ideal for families in other ways, too.
