Company Marks 15 Years of Charitable Giving

MORRISTOWN, N.J. – TeamPAR, comprised of PARflooring & PARsolutions, celebrated 15 years of charitable giving this holiday season with an incredibly successful toy drive that resulted in the collection of hundreds of toys and gift cards, as well as a $1,500 donation to benefit the Jersey Battered Women’s Shelter (JBWS). The financial contribution, made directly by TeamPAR, will help JBWS make improvements to its facilities, while the gifts that were collected will go directly to the shelter’s outreach of more than 400 children and 200 families.
Operating once again under the official title of Chief Merrymakers during their Season of Kindness Campaign, TeamPAR has partnered with the members of CREW-NJ for the last 15 years to host the Annual Toy Drive to Support JBWS.
“I am truly humbled by the outpouring of support we received this year for our 15th Annual Toy Drive to Support JBWS,” says TeamPAR founder and president Karen Rossilli-Kiefer. “It’s an honor to be able to supplement the generous donations from our peers with our own $1,500 contribution to the shelter, once again solidifying our long-standing relationship with the agency, as we continue to recognize the tremendous work it does for our local community. This year and every year, I ask that we work together to raise morale for the children affected by domestic violence. Let’s make 2016 a more hopeful and peaceful year ahead. Together, we can make a difference!”
The Turtle Back Zoo has become essential to the success of TeamPAR’s Toy Drive. The Turtle Back Zoo accepts new toys, canned goods and gently used coats in lieu of admission during the holiday season and then hands over the toys to TeamPAR for its JBWS holiday initiative. They have single handedly become the largest source of TeamPAR donations.
The other fantastic “elves” in the TeamPAR Toy Drive include Marsh & McLennan Agency; Wildwood School in Mountain Lakes; Vericon Construction, Inc.; Normandy Real Estate Partners; New Jersey School of Dramatic Arts; FEM Real Estate; WPO, Morris County; IFMA-NJ; Cub Scout Pack 133 of the Mendham’s; and for the first time this year, Denholtz Associates; Talbots at The Shoppes at Union Hill; BNI, Hawks Chapter; First American Title and American Properties Realty.
JBWS is a full-service domestic violence and domestic abuse prevention agency in Morris County.
Anyone who wishes to contribute to the cause may donate gift cards through the end of the year. Rossilli-Kiefer can be reached at 973-292-0089 or
