SVN Florida’s Cooper Stetson Represents Decks & Docks in Successful Acquisition for Newest Location in Palm Beach County
West Palm Beach, Florida (April 02, 2015)—Cooper Stetson, Senior Advisor with Sperry Van Ness® Florida, represented Decks & Docks Lumber Co. in the successful property acquisition for the company’s newest location in Palm Beach County. Located in Mangonia Park, 1101 Fairfield Drive, West Palm Beach, the 2.67-acre property closed for more than $1.4MM.
A provider of marine lumber, dock hardware, piling and seawall, Decks & Docks is anticipated to open its Mangonia Park location this month. It will serve surrounding markets in a 90-mile radius, including Jupiter, Ft. Lauderdale and Okeechobee. Mangonia Park is the twelfth location for the Clearwater-based company that has been supplying composite and marine lumber to dock builders and homeowners for more than 20 years.
“We’re pleased to help Decks & Docks enter this market as industrial property assets are at a premium right now in Palm Beach County,” said Stetson. “The current market climate is a result of the steadily improving economy and continued interest from businesses to establish or expand in this area.”

Both businesses will be open to the public.
