SVN Florida’s Bartow McDonald Closes Large Industrial Asset in Ocala for Market High $3.1MM within 44 Days of Listing


Ocala, Florida (May 1, 2015)—Bartow McDonald IV, Managing Director of SVN Florida serving the Ocala and north Central Florida region, successfully completed a transaction that signifies the growing demand for large industrial assets in the Ocala area. The 89,678 square-foot industrial building closed for $3.1MM, a new market high for this type of asset in the area, within only two months of its listing.

McDonald, an experienced and well-respected commercial real estate Advisor in the Ocala/Gainesville market, represented the seller, Sembler Investments, and provided valuable expertise and guidance during the marketing and transaction process. Holloway Investments purchased the property.
