Advisors from SVN’s Hotel division and its Sarasota and Ocala offices work together to deliver effective marketing strategy and close deal for the 56-room hotel
Boynton Beach, Florida (May 22, 2014)—Commercial real estate advisors from Sperry Van Ness Florida’s Hotel division and its Sarasota and Ocala offices teamed up on the sale of a 56-room hotel in Silver Springs, Florida. Working together, the advisors delivered a highly effective marketing plan leading to the rapid sale of the property, located on 1.1 acres at 5001 E. Silver Springs Boulevard.
