SJP Properties Hires Peter Bronsnick as Vice President of Leasing



SJP Properties, one of the New York Metropolitan Area’s most active and respected development companies, today announced the hiring of Peter Bronsnick as Vice President of Leasing.

In this role, Bronsnick will work closely with SJP Executive Vice President Jeff Schotz on the leasing and marketing of the company’s New Jersey commercial real estate portfolio. Bronsnick will also be responsible for sourcing investment and development opportunities on behalf of the company.

Prior to joining SJP, Bronsnick served as Vice President of Leasing at RXR Realty, LLC, where he managed the leasing activity for properties in Morris, Essex and Mercer counties, among other responsibilities.

Previously, Bronsnick served as director of leasing for Mack-Cali Realty where he was responsible for overseeing leasing for an 11 million-square-foot portfolio in Bergen County, N.J., Hudson County, N.J., and Rockland County, N.Y. He also held an associate position at Newmark Knight Frank.

Bronsnick has a Master’s in Real Estate from New York University’s Schack Institute and a Bachelor’s in Advertising from Michigan State University.

Among Bronsnick’s areas of focus at SJP will be Somerset Corporate Center in Bridgewater, one of the company’s signature office campuses, which is conveniently located with direct access to Interstate 78 and Interstate 287, along Routes 202/206, in close proximity to both Newark International Airport and New York City. The site’s Class A office buildings boast high-performance, energy efficient and environmentally responsible energy systems that produce low emissions and optimal indoor air quality.

Bronsnick will also handle leasing opportunities at SJP’s Morris Corporate Center in Parsippany, a master-planned, three-million-square-foot campus offering Class A office space with exceptional amenities, and situated just one half mile from the four-way interchange of Interstates 80 and 287 and Routes 202 and 46, providing excellent access to the surrounding area.
