Sharbell Extends Special Pricing and Incentives at Springside at Robbinsville

Robbinsville, NJ, March 2015: Earlier this year, Sharbell Development announced special limited-time pricing and attractive new incentives on options/upgrades at Springside at Robbinsville, a popular new Mercer County community featuring townhomes and single-family homes. Now, by popular demand, the builder has announced an extension of this offer. Special pricing and option incentives are now being offered until the end of April, giving more buyers a chance to take advantage of this opportunity. The special pricing and 20% discount on options (to a total discount of no more than $10,000) at Springside at Robbinsville are now available on any home in Phase 1 that enters into contract by April 30, 2015.

Some homes will have second-floor lofts and/or first-floor dens. Buyers have a choice of eleven different single-family home floorplans, with pricing now beginning at $525,000.

Every home at Springside will include a variety of luxury features, such as nine-foot ceilings on the first floor; hardwood flooring in foyers, dining rooms, kitchens and breakfast areas; interior oak tread staircases; gourmet kitchens with 42” Birch upper cabinets, granite countertops, and Jenn-Air™ stainless steel appliances; and much more. Buyers also have a choice of many interior finishes, to further personalize their homes.
