Sitar Realty Company-TCN Worldwide announced two tenants have signed leases for the last remaining space at the newly built Sea Girt Square shopping center. The new tenants are Sea Girt Natural Market and Tula the Boutique.
These tenants plan to open in Spring 2014, joining other upscale tenants such as Learning Express Toys, The Little Gym, Sprint, Massage Envy, European Wax Center, FINS TropiCali Cuisine, Carter & Cavero, Village Coffee, The Coal House, Miles Ahead Sports, The Sak, Ralph’s Italian Ices, Weight Watchers, Gail’s Optical Shoppe, J. Michael Salon, Drishti Power Yoga, Shore Spine & Sport Physical Therapy and Wings Fitness. Entirely re-built in 2010-11, the shopping center is now 100 percent leased.
Located at 2100 Route 35, Wall Township, New Jersey, at the intersection of Route 35 and Ocean Road, this vibrant shopping center serves the nearby communities of Wall Township, Sea Girt, Spring Lake, Spring Lake Heights, Belmar, Manasquan and Brielle.
