Press Release brought to you by NAI Summit

In the last year, NAI Summit was assigned three Rodale properties to be listed for sale. With currently, one active and one recently sold, this is the second out of three properties to sell in less than a year. Sarah Finney-Miller has been representing the Rodale listings which included land, a commercial building, and mixed-use buildings.

The property that most recently sold consisted of a multi-building parcel on almost 2 acres with ample parking located off Pennsylvania Avenue. Located in the heart of Emmaus, the Circa 1929 building was originally a school house and later converted into an office and test kitchen in 1980 used for Rodale's food production center. The building consists of 7,405 SF (including lower level) and features a full commercial kitchen and dock door for shipping and receiving. The second building, erected in 1980 is approximately 8,295 SF and was used as Rodale’s company gym.

The new owner, Whealth Properties LLC out of Emmaus, will be occupying one of the buildings as their new headquarters for their financial planning and education business with plans to lease the second building.
