SANTOMASSIMO TO HOST CRE LEGEND F. BRUCE LAUER AT "BROKERS WHO DOMINATE BOOK CLUB" WEBINAR, MARCH 12
CARY, NC (February 24, 2015) – After an extraordinary reception for the initial edition of the "Brokers Who Dominate Book Club," author Rod Santomassimo will host the second in his 2015 live webinar series with featured guest F. Bruce Lauer, Vice Chairman and Principal at Cassidy Turley, discussing "How to Attain and Retain Institutional Clients." The webinar will be held on Thursday, March 12 at 12 noon Eastern Standard Time.
Among the topics the two will discuss are Lauer’s experiences in building a national real estate advisory company, leveraging institutional relationships, and the changes he’s seen as a leader and mentor in a nearly 50-year career.

After beginning his career as a staff accountant with Price Waterhouse, then working with The Allen Morris Company, Lauer and three others were equal
owners of Clark-Biondi Company, a full service real estate company. Prior to the sale of the company to Grubb & Ellis in 1985, Lauer grew the management to 7 million square feet of office, industrial andretail space in South Florida. In 1988, he co-founded CLW Real Estate Services Group. In 2005 the Tampa-based firm was sold to Lou Varsames and Doug Rothschild. Cassidy Turley acquired CLW in 2013.
The webinar, free to all registrants, is an extension of Santomassimo’s 2011 book, "Brokers Who Dominate," which profiles 23 commercial real estate professionals in various sectors and at differing stages of their careers. It became an instant bestseller and remains a top commercial real estate tome. The March 12th webinar is the second of six Brokers Who Dominate Book Club webinars scheduled for 2015.
