San Antonio Starbucks Sold by Marcus & Millichap

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS, June 4, 2015– Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, today announced the sale of Starbucks, a 1,785 square foot net leased property located in San Antonio, according to David H. Luther, first vice president/regional manager of Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office. The asset had a list price of $1,749,000.

James H. Bell, a vice president investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a developer.  

Starbucks is located at 3718 Horizon Hill Boulevard in San Antonio.
