Ryan C. Dietrick, of Dietrick Group, represented Habitat for Humanity ReStore in the leasing of the former Circuit City space, situated at 1053 Grape Street, Whitehall, Pa.
Habitat will use the 19,296 SF retail space to open the area’s first ReStore, a discount home improvement store which sells new and gently used building materials and household goods, all of which are donated by individuals, contractors and retailers.In doing so, ReStore keeps reusable goods and materials out of landfills in an environmentally friendly and socially responsible way. Ms. Dietrick attended Kutztown University in Kutztown, Pennsylvania and continued her education at New York University’s Real Estate Institute in New York, New York and Schlicher-Kratz Institute of Real Estate in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. Ms. Dietrick is recognized as an expert in the field of commercial and investment real estate as a designated CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). She is the former President of CREW Lehigh Valley, a commercial real estate women’s network, and is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute (AI), Society of Industrial & Office Realtors® (SIOR) and the Institute of Real Estate Management® (IREM). Linda is also the 2010 recipient of the 7th Annual Crossing Borders Award and the 2008 recipient of the Lehigh Valley SUITS Commercial Real Estate Award.
Kelly L. Berfield(Partner/Broker of Record):
Ms. Berfield supervises Dietrick Group’s sales and leasing department to ensure proper operation of all of its brokerage efforts. Ms. Berfield received a Juris Doctor and a Master of Studies in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School. Kelly received her Bachelor of Arts degree at Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey. Kelly has been a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson for more than 15 years and received her Broker’s license in 2007. She has been practicing real estate law in New Jersey since 2001. She was appointed to the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of the Lehigh Valley in 2012. Kelly also teaches real estate courses at Lehigh University.
Ryan C. Dietrick(Partner/Director of Sales and Property Management): Mr. Dietrick oversees sales and outside marketing efforts for all development projects, cultivates and maintains client relationships and negotiates acquisitions and land development opportunities for client portfolios as well as Dietrick Group’s portfolio. He attended Moravian Academy in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and Monmouth University in Monmouth, New Jersey. Prior to opening the doors to Dietrick Group, LLC in 2006, he was Partner of Dietrick Group Consulting and a Sales Representative at Verizon Wireless. A licensed Pennsylvania Realtor, Mr. Dietrick also has his ACOM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He is an active participant in Moravian Academy’s Summer Bridge program as a member of the Board and Marketing Committee.
