The Rutgers Business School’s New Center for Real Estate Welcomes David Frame as Assistant Professor of Professional Practice
NEWARK, NJ – The Center for Real Estate at Rutgers Business School, a rising academic program positioned to transform and inspire the next generation of real estate leaders, is pleased to announce that David Frame has joined as Assistant Professor of Professional Practice. Frame will be responsible for curriculum and program development, industry research, teaching and special projects.
Prior to joining the Center for Real Estate at Rutgers Business School, Frame was an Assistant Professor of Real Estate in the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College and Assistant Professor of Finance and Academic Director of the Real Estate Program in the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, Boulder. He has also held positions as a visiting professor at Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Michigan.

Profeta Chair and Academic Director of the Center for Real Estate at Rutgers Business School. “David believes in our mission and has the necessary background and diverse experiences to help us grow our program. He will play a vital role in helping us achieve success and nationwide recognition.”
Frame’s research has been published in leading industry journals including the Journal of Urban Economics, International Real Estate Review, and Journal of Accounting, Auditing, and Finance. He is a seasoned presenter having spoken at numerous seminars and conferences. A Duluth, MN native, Frame currently resides in Brooklyn, NY. He holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Minnesota and earned his Ph.D. in Economics from Carnegie Mellon University.
