Highly respected, annual Deal Maker Awards are presented by the Realtors® Commercial Alliance of the Palm Beaches
Jupiter, Florida (February 18, 2015)—Robert Hamman and his SVN Florida team earned top honors from the Realtors® Commercial Alliance of the Palm Beaches. Hamman and his commercial real estate team were presented with the prestigious “Deal of the Year” and “Top Land Deal” awards for 2014 by the RCA during its annual Deal Maker Awards ceremony.
Both awards were in recognition of the expert guidance Hamman and his team provided to the buyer of a high profile waterfront development site in Palm Beach Gardens. Hamman’s SVN Florida team represented the buyer in the assemblage and acquisition of the former Panama Hattie's Restaurant parcel, along with additional acreage, for future mixed-use development. In total, the properties, located at PGA Boulevard and Ellison Wilson Road, represented more than six acres of land and approximately 630 feet along the intracoastal waterway.
