RKF Seeks Restaurateur to Lease Prime Retail Space in the West Village
RKF has been retained as exclusive leasing agent for a 2,740-square-foot retail space at 47 Seventh Avenue South, aka 13 Morton Street, located in Manhattan’s sought-after West Village neighborhood.
Situated at the northeast corner of Morton Street, 47 Seventh Avenue South consists of 2,000 square feet on the Ground Floor and 740 square feet in the basement. The space currently occupied by Japanese restaurant Soy and Sake is fully vented and fixtured, and features 70 feet of wraparound frontage and a 52-seat enclosed sidewalk café.
RKF executive vice president Ariel Schuster and associate Ernie Getz are actively seeking a replacement restaurant tenant on behalf the owner.
“This location is ideal for a restaurateur desiring a presence in the historic West Village, which boasts a diverse residential population as well as a steady influx of tourists,” said Mr. Schuster. “With its close proximity to the high-end shops on Bleecker Street and the Hudson Square business district, we anticipate tremendous interest in this exceptionally well-located offering.”
