Riker Danzig Real Estate Deal Wins United Way’s 2017 Impact Award
Morristown, NJ (May 26, 2017) – Morristown-based law firm Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti’s Real Estate Group represented Lincoln Equities Group in its contract for the development of 5 Giralda Farms for tenant Allergan Sales, which recently won United Way of Northern New Jersey’s 2017 Impact Award. United Way recognized Allergan Sales’ new headquarters as the commercial real estate project with the greatest positive impact on the northern New Jersey region this year. The transaction involved over $58 million in state incentives for Allergan. Riker Danzig attorneys Cathleen Giuliana, Nicholas Racioppi and Linda Herlihy represented Lincoln Equities in the negotiations. By signing the lease at 5 Giralda Farms, Allergan will not only be keeping 1,000 jobs in the state but has pledged to create an additional 300 new full-time jobs.
The award was announced at the annual United Way Commercial Real Estate Network Legacy Luncheon on May 19th in Whippany.
